Privacy

The information that is collected will be used solely for the
purpose of contacting you and processing your order and
will not be disclosed or sold to any third party.

Specifications

All dimensions are in millimetres. As these
products are handmade there will be slight
variation in dimensions.
With exception of the espaliers all products
are for indoor use only.

Your Order

How do I know my order has been received?

You will receive an acknowledgement email
confirming your order details and including
payment instructions.

When will my order be delivered?

Goods will be shipped as soon as possible.
An estimate of delivery time will be provided.

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that these products are made to order and
therefore your order cannot be cancelled or amended
once work has begun. An email requesting confirmation
of order details will be sent before beginning work.

What is your returns/refund policy?

Please choose your products carefully as their is
a no-return policy. As these products are made to
order their will be no refund except in the event of
the goods being damaged in transit, or you have
received the wrong item.
Please notify Whale Bay Design within 7 days
of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Shipping

Delivery

All orders are sent by registered parcel
post or courier, within Australia only.
The condition of the goods must be checked at
delivery before signing the receipt, as no
further claim can be made after this time.


Will I need to sign for my parcel on delivery?

Yes.

What if I'm not home to receive the parcel?

If you are not home to receive your Australia Post delivery,
a card will be placed in your letter box advising you to
collect your parcel from your local post office.
For a courier delivery arrangement must be made
for someone to be home or at a location during
business hours where they can receive the parcel.

Dispatch

An email will be sent when your order is shipped. All orders
are processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No, only within Australia.

Payment

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted
1. Cheque/Money Order
2. Direct Deposit
Please note that orders by cheque are not processed until
the funds have cleared which may take up to five working days.

Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt with my purchase?

Yes.

Do the prices include GST?

Yes all prices include GST.

Do the prices include the cost of freight?

No. Please enquire as to freight costs.
